Do I have to place my order through the website?
If you are not computer savvy or just find it easier to contact a real person, we are happy to take the order over email and phone. Please use the Contact Form above to reach out. You can just tell us in the body of the message what you would like and we will respond promptly and can send an invoice via email or take a credit card over the phone.
How do I purchase magnets and other items I can't find on this website?
Please use the contact form above to let us know what you are after. Our designs are constantly evolving and we don't always get them up on the website.
Magnets are $6.99 plus a little shipping.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Square and Pay Pal Express. You do not need to have a Pay Pal account to pay with a credit card. Just click "Checkout" and click "Pay with debit or credit card."
How do I track my order?
We ship most orders USPS Priority or Ground Advantage. We will email you notice that your order has shipped. Please request a tracking # if your order has not arrived within the expected time frame. We will provide the latest update on your package location as provided by USPS.com

How long until my order is shipped?
Our shipping standard is within 3-5 business days of receiving payment.
I'm interested in ordering in bulk as a wedding favor. How does this work?
We are happy to create custom pieces in large quantity. Our minimum for custom runs is 12. If you have the art we can print it or we can create the art for you. Please CONTACT US and provide quantity desired and a description of the design you would like.

Our coasters are individually printed on hand selected marble and are intended for indoor use. Daily use, repeated abrasion of the surface, sticky liquids and/or long term exposure to sunlight may degrade the ink.
If the tile will be subject to daily use or heavy wear and tear we recommend applying an acrylic clear coat prior to use.
Do you provide International delivery?
No, we are sorry, but at this time we only ship within the United States.
What is the return policy?
If an item arrives damaged please notify us within 5 days of receiving it. We will issue an exchange. If you find that the product was not to your liking, please ship back to us within 5 days of receiving product and we will refund or exchange to your preference. We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom print jobs.
